SUMMER CAMP SUPPLY DRIVE FOR CAMP HOPE
Our HWNT El Paso Chapter is helping collect summer camp supplies for children healing from domestic violence. Donate online through the wishlist or bring a donated item to our next meeting!

MUJER A MUJER - PURSE & TOILETRY DRIVE: Special thanks to all our members who contributed to our HWNT purse & toiletry drive to support local women’s shelters!! We gathered donations of gently used purses as well as shampoos, lotions, body wash, tooth paste and other toiletry items. Through our collection drive, we supported local women rebuilding their lives after escaping domestic violence.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY EL PASO
Our HWNT team helped celebrate El Paso’s 146th birthday on May 19th at the city’s anniversary festival in Cleveland Square. Feliz cumpleaños!! Our HWNT volunteers helped host free kids crafts as part of the festivities.
YOUNG WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCE
Our HWNT team volunteered at the Bel Air Young Women’s Empowerment Conference to help promote female empowerment. We shared information about our Latinas in Progress mentoring program and scholarship opportunities.
SELENA PAINTING PARTY:
Our HWNT team hosted a tribute paints and pints event in honor of the Queen of Tejano Music. The Selena-inspired art class was held on April 28 at the El Paso Brewing Co. Special thanks to the talented artist Bloo from B.E. Art guided our members in creating their own masterpieces. Our members celebrated the birthday of Selena, while raising funds for scholarships.
